![]() Sometimes I feel compelled to write a Blog because something happens, and that's what happened today. I'd been feeling light-headed, walking into a couple of doors this morning, thinking it was because of the stress involved in my peculiar lifestyle and then reading a post by someone else., I realising that it was probably more to do with energies we are all having to deal with, not just me! There's a lot out there about these shifts on a cosmic level. No matter how old you are, where you live or what you do, they're going to affect you somehow. Some people try to shrug it off, some actively embrace it, others find themselves pulled into situations. Whatever happens, the cosmos has its own agenda and we just have to go along with it. ![]() On a global scale, the goings-on are cataclysmic, with hidden agendas abounding and conspiracy theorists having a field day. Whatever you may believe regarding the rights and wrongs of these goings-on, it has to be accepted as part of the process and the plan of action isn't ours to determine. We can only affect our immediate environment, and the ways in which we do so are more important now than perhaps they've ever been, as the shifts in spiritual perception move apace with the cosmic order. For those involved in twin-flame union, the complications of being entangled with another person bring challenges of their own. Whether or not we're in direct contact, multiple effects are amplified by the energies we are being forced to integrate. The personal path is unique, but generic turmoil affects us all, one way or another. Whatever happens in your personal world, how you approach it is crucial. Some days are diamonds, some days are stones. As we go with the flow, the flow will do what it will do and while etheric influences tune up for the next epoch, we have self-preservation to consider along with our considerations of others. ![]() Look after yourself. Remember to put love ahead of fear in the steps you take towards the steps yet to be taken. Time moves in cycles, not in straight lines, so take account of this in dealing with the future. There is nothing wrong with where you've been, and nothing to fear in where you are going. Whoever shares your time-line is moving with you - some will move away while others move into the zone. This is all as it's meant to be, and trust is everything. No need to cast aspersions on what others may do or think. When the time is right, the truth will out, and we only ever learn what we need to know on a need-to-know basis. We need most to learn about ourselves, and that's a hard task for we cannot see ourselves as others see us, and we are changing all the time. Growth and development happens in accordance with the greater scheme of things, and it's up to us to evolve into the beings we need to be, not subscribe to the expectations of others or to fit any conventional models. When we discover how to be true to our own inner selves, we have an opportunity to become what we want to become, in ways which serve our higher purpose, in tandem with the agenda of those higher powers holding best interests at heart. Trust your intuition - it will always serve you well. And trust the Uncertainty Principle - expect only the unexpected.

![]() Getting back to the garden - an analogy used in a lot of contexts. Our gardens, built on memories and seeded with dreams, need tending at times. We know about the weeds we've got to tackle and what kind of plants we'd like to grow. Memories being indelible (and inedible too,), are sometimes perennial and sometimes fade away after a while, each event taking place in a journey we can look back on to see synchronisation at work in all that brought us here. Perspectives change, for us to see things differently to the way we viewed them then - if the garden is the bigger picture we all have our unique plot in hyperspace. ![]() In our innocence, that is our Not Knowing, we often don't know why we do things, begging questions of choice - are our ups and downs just part of life's wave-form? Different opinions come from varying viewpoints; there are many colours in light, and many facets to enlightenment. Behind everything complicated, there is simplicity. This is hard to grasp in the throes of self-analysis, over-analysis, past-future anxiety, and stress cycles that fragment our concentration. But there's always a bigger picture. In quantum terms, order is achieved by symmetry – every particle has its equivalent anti-particle. Electrons and positrons are prime examples, but photons (light particles) are something else. When it comes to photons you have shadow photons merging into doorways of multiple dimensions. For the photon, it’s not a straightforward case of being a particle or an anti-particle. There are more options to choose from. A photon born at the heart of the Sun takes a million years to reach the corona, and from there it takes eight minutes to reach Earth. What's the rush? Everything arrives in its own time. The photons we see end their lives in your eyes. The entire electro-magnetic spectrum comprises things that travel in waves - we see photons as visible light, but all other waves are comprised of photons. The colour we see is the colour rejected by whatever those photons hit – plants reject green light and absorb the rest of the spectrum, so we see green, the part of the spectrum that bounces off the leaf. Leaves aren't really green, we just see them that way. The photon is a wide-ranging kind of particle, used in the first double-slit experiments to give wave-particle duality insurmountable proof. ![]() Sometimes the growth of one plant affects another adversely in being greedy for light it doesn’t need. We’re allowed to weed gardens, and can treat histories in the same way - carefully. Memories worth having are worth treasuring. Those with difficult emotions attached need keeping at bay, but the root will stay, so the best that can be achieved entangles it with a better perspective. Let other parts of the picture grow over the undesirables. Look at what’s happening now, and you’ll see where it came from, this bigger picture, and be able to tend the aspects that feed growth. Sometimes there'll be smoke, sometimes there are mirrors. Reflective clarity makes for new reality when watered with nature's penchant for best possible outcomes. ![]() Debating in a garden carpeted with blossom petals, the question of where we are and where we are heading, through this era of uncertainty and topical change, Nix and I agreed that something was happening and the planet has something to do with it. Schumann resonance (frequency the EM field of the Earth is vibrating at) peaked this year at 36 Hz, and we can't get away with not feeling it somehow. What this is doing to us collectively and independently is, well, not being really talked about very much but there are plenty of suggestions in the search engines. All kinds of things are speeding up. A while ago we made a big thing of the speeding up of time, and what this could mean, and while it didn't really come to anything too many people felt it of all ages (not an "as we get older" phenomenon, then) for it to be a coincidence. Now, we're asking questions about the fabric of life we haven't asked before, perhaps because we weren't able to ask them then. ![]() This morning I wrote a page about how quantum mechanics relates to business, because someone had asked me to. Luckily I set to writing it before I read his second email, which read: "Ok. So, I'm glad you have managed to develop a way of helping people become more productive and manage their time more effectively. But I am afraid I have to end the conversation here. This is pseudoscience at best. If it works for you, great. Regards Chris" Before reading that, I had written this: Quantum Mechanics and the Workplace How does quantum mechanics relate to a business model? In traditional methodology, a business model relies upon predicted outcomes and scenarios deemed likely to manifest at certain times. One of the primary features of quantum mechanics is the uncertainty principle, whereby speed and position cannot be known simultaneously, and the depth of uncertainty in this field is responsible for ensuring that no event can be exactly the same as any other event. Where the level of uncertainty in future events is respected and accounted for, there is greater freedom to create solutions to problems as they are encountered, and to stay ahead of the curve in trends and demands as they arise. People change, while companies are often reluctant to account for the need to change in allowing for personal growth and development, thereby resisting the very factors that could contribute to the growth and development of the company itself. The nature of quantum law is such that we flow through time with past and future equalised in proportional influence, whereby neither past nor future can hold sway over what will become - we create a future through perspective, corresponding with the frame of reference we wish to perceive. By moving away from reliance on forecast and certainty towards a principle of creativity and opportunity, this perception relies instead on positivity and furtherance, automatically creating a foundation for continuous improvement. Why do employees need to know about quantum mechanics? The truth is, everyone already knows about quantum mechanics because we are made of quantum particles, therefore the frame of reference which our physical components collectively recognise is based on quantum laws. When people are given an opportunity to view themselves and their environment from perspectives which take this into account, the sharing of knowledge puts into motion a system of belief-based action which allows for major changes to take place over a short space of time, usually three to four weeks, and for this new system to engender new protocols in self-management, relationships and material handling. The entire fabric of reality is viewed in a progressive, healthy way and people find benefits manifesting in their personal lives alongside the changes taking place in the working environment. What happens when quantum mechanics is introduced to the workplace? Quantum mechanics is already in the workplace, only under normal circumstances the many opportunities for quantum laws to operate negatively are inadvertently fostered. When realisation of these laws comes into play, and their principles are consciously adopted in operational functions, best-practice becomes an automatic model, for no-one wants to fuel negativity. Productivity rises, communication fosters trust and co-operation, handling of materials and equipment becomes respectful and duty of care expands to fill the space available, permeating every part of the company by default. With respect to requests made by the Universe, Chris won't be reading it, I expect.
