The Seventh Step
Freedom. Choice. Real-time benefits. Happy colleagues in a positive environment. A coherent social matrix with a clear sense of purpose. That's what you've got in front of you now, with a mission template everyone understands and has elected to buy into, because they are directly gaining, exponentially, from doing so.
This final step gives you the freedom to keep your heart and head aligned with the future you wanted. You'll have heard of "resistance to change", a human condition that comes from allowing the past to keep hold of people's minds and drag them back to tired ways of doing things that only ever brought flat-line results. (If you've seen Gordon Ramsay dealing with Kitchen Nightmares, you'll know that successes make progress with fresh, enlivened protocols - loving and living them. Those that go back to old ways lose the ground - and the customers - that spotlight opportunity for transformation gave them.) The very reason you are here reading this right now? Historic results have been short of excellent and you're personally doing something about that.

Everyone has a choice, at every moment of their time. The tiny, seemingly inconsequential choices are the ones that snowball into a way of life. Together we are putting safeguards in place against negativity; since you and your team are now used to the idea of self-management being a good thing, and have seen the results of
best practice in action first-hand, everyone will be joining you on this exciting journey.
This is a celebration, this seventh step, where you capitalise on the evidence of your success with those who have partaken of it. Where you go from here is of course up to you - wherever it may be, you can only build on what you have learned and enjoy the process of gainful development as it unfolds for you.
You're going to have a party, with games (designed to strengthen those good relationships)
and challenges (designed to bring focus to the future of the mission).
And prizes (to reward visible efforts).
There'll be cake.
