On purchasing from this site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in conjunction with the sale.
1) Responsibility and Liability. You accept full responsibility for all outcomes jointly and severally that may arise from the provisions offered by Quantumology, Kathy Ratcliffe and any associates thereof, who are not and cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or adverse effects to persons, property, or processes howsoever caused.
2) Provisional Merit. We aim to provide you with the best possible levels of service and support at all times in conjunction with the purchase you have made from this site. Merit of these provisions is for the purchaser to determine whilst we attest to the authenticity of all testimonials published by Quantumology and/or its associates. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with a provision we will do our best to address and compensate as we deem appropriate to the situation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3) Refund Policy. Should you be unhappy with any service provision made available through this site, please advise of your dissatisfaction within 24 hours of delivery. Complaints made after this time cannot be accepted. Should you be in any way dissatisfied with the service provided to you, and you advise of this within the timescale stated, a full refund will be given for the service to which your complaint applies. For services delivered over a period of time, your refund will reflect the percentage of your purchase yet to be delivered together with the element of which you are dissatisfied. However, claims of dissatisfaction made more than 24 hours after the event of delivery cannot be taken into account for refund purposes. Your statutory rights remaining unaffected.
4) Completion of Delivery. Should you fail to receive communication from us following a purchase which prevents or causes unreasonable delay to delivery provision, a refund will be offered in accordance with circumstances. However, should a delivery be prevented due to absence of communication from the purchaser, the purchase will not be refunded.

By purchasing from Quantumology, you do so on the understanding that any and all forms of progress are reliant upon your own efforts and commitment to your personal development. While we guarantee to support you within the terms of service and to refund you in the event of complaint as outlined above, we cannot guarantee any elements of change or improvement even where these are specifically indicated, unless a Guarantee has been agreed and pre-contracted. The purchaser undertakes full responsibility for implementing the advisories provided; Quantumology, Kathy Ratcliffe or any associates are not and cannot be held liable for your progress or any circumstances arising from your progress, study, and/or applications thereof.
