In thinking about 5D, it comes to mind that wherever we get our proof of where we are, we are sure on some kind of evolutionary track and if we're alive, we're not getting off. There's a great deal of science behind the quest we've found ourselves on, and we're only talking about getting to grips with a new way of thinking we haven't thought of before. To my mind, the trick of the light in sitting back to consider that 3D is the construct we are given to exist in as particles (bodies) while 5D may be where the mind is actually sitting seems to be fair enough, a simple solution to a complex problem, leaving only the challenge of getting used to it to be met before emotional control through objective observation becomes much, much easier than contemplating those four walls previously allowed it to be. Accepting that Mind is 'back of' the up-front thought process does enable a sense of detachment to take place, wherein it is easier to disengage from an emotional rollercoaster before the brain gets a chance to leap on and strap in for the ride.
